Staying In Touch with Long Distance Family
As you may have read on my “about” page, I have been divorced from my oldest kids’ dad for nearly four years. While it doesn’t come without its challenged, I’d say we do pretty darn good co-parenting Sawyer and Priscilla. But the hardest part of the entire experience has got to be the distance. My ex-husband, Brian, lives 4 hours away. We’re pretty religious about meeting half way every other weekend so that the kids can spend time with him. But in between, the kids use the webcam and Skype to stay in touch with their dad. I thought it’d be helpful to share some of the ways my kids use the webcam with their dad so that you can be inspired to try them with your long distance family, too…
