If you’re a regular reader here at B-Inspired Mama, you’ve seen my posts about milk over the past couple weeks. I hope you’ve learned something new about milk – like how it provides more protein and essential nutrients than its alternatives or that the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends it for all kids.
But I know it’s not always easy to get kids to eat and drink what’s nutritious and doctor-recommended. I shared 10 ways to make drinking it more fun for kids and some yummy snacks to pair with it, but sometimes the best way to get kids to do something we want is to model it ourselves or to do it WITH them. And to connect with them while doing it.
Conversation Starters for Kids to Connect Over MILK!
So for my final contribution to The National Milk Life Campaign’s Back-to-School Program, I’ve decided to help you CONNECT with your kids over milk.
This is a sponsored conversation on behalf of The National Milk Life Campaign’s Back-to-School Program. However, all opinions are authentic and my own. Please see my disclosure policy.

We always make time for a family dinner because it’s very important. We have 2 hours at least of physical play each day. I involve the kids in the preparing and choosing of the meals so they can make healthy choices and I give them a daily multi vitamin.
