Bee Kids Crafts for Preschool Learning or Summer Fun!

The weather’s warming here in the Northeast.  Which means those sunny yellow dandelions are beginning their yard takeover.  And the buzzing bees are starting to bumble from bloom to bloom.

I know many people hate those pesky “weeds” and bees, but I can’t help but smile at their sunshiny color, the bees flitting flight – both sweet signs of Summer.

It’s the perfect time of year – when the kids are noticing these blooms and bees, too – to encourage a little bee appreciation with some bee kids crafts.

You know, bees are so important to our ecosystem.  And our (and our kids’) understanding and appreciation of them are vital to their care and preservation.

Plus – bee crafts are just stinkin’ cute, aren’t they?!

The yellow and black stripes, the bobbing antennae, the googley eyes.  Everything is cute – and more appreciated – with googley eyes, amiright?

So, I’ve gathered up 15 seriously cute bee-themed kids crafts.  Perfect for a preschool unit on bees or just some bee fun at home over the Summer.  Let’s check ’em out…
