Fruit and yogurt smoothies are great for summer snacking; quick to make, cold and creamy, and refreshing on a busy summer day. Plus they make it easy to get wholesome fruits and protein-packed yogurt into my kiddos, too! Here’s a super simple berry smoothie recipe with a summery lemonade twist that my kids love…

Steps:

My parents got me this amazing blender for my Birthday this year. The individual blender cups make it super easy to make smoothies. To make one smoothie serving (or maybe two small smoothies for the kids), you just add one individual container of Yoplait® Lemon GREEK 100 Yogurt (or really any lemon flavor Yoplait® Yogurt would work), 1 cup of frozen blueberries, a squeeze of lemon (OR a drop of lemon essential oil), and a splash of water.

Then just blend away! It’s so so easy. And the kids like to push the button and watch the ingredients whirl, too.

I have never added lemon juice to a smoothie I have added orange juice and I usually use a yogurt that is smoother than Greek yogurt…but this one seems tasty…I pinned it to my Pinterest Easy Recipe board. I just had to share it!
