Easy Italian Antipasto Grilled Chicken Wrap Recipe
For this simple but flavorful Italian Antipasto Grilled Chicken Wrap recipe, I headed down to Walmart and grabbed my 3 main ingredients – a bag of Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, a package of TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas (found in the refrigerated section), and Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing. Plus, I tossed a few other items into my cart to add to the delicious Italian antipasto flavor I’ve been craving. Check out the #SummerGoodness…
Easy Italian Antipasto Grilled Chicken Wrap Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken Breast Strips
- ¼ cup Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing
- 4 TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas
- 12-15 pepperoni
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup roasted red peppers, drained well
Steps:
First, let your sandwich press pre-heat while you combine the filling ingredients. (If you don’t have a sandwich press, you can still toast your wrap in a frying pan and use a foil-wrapped brick or a heavy cast iron pan on top of it to press it down.)
Make sure to drain your roasted red peppers well so they don’t make your wrap soggy. Let them hang out in a strainer or on a paper towel for a bit.
While the red peppers are draining, prep your Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Chicken. There’s not much prep needed since it’s already conveniently “Grilled & Ready®,” but you can pop it in the microwave – according to the package directions – to make sure it’s thawed.
Next, combine the chicken, pepperoni, olives, drained roasted red peppers, and the Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing in a large bowl, and mix well. The zesty flavor of the herbs and other ingredients in the Wish-Bone® Italian Dressing makes it the only seasoning this recipe needs. (And all that flavor with no high fructose corn syrup, too!)
Now, use this mixture to fill the center of each TortillaLand® Flour Tortilla.
Fold up the bottom, then sides of each tortilla. These refrigerated TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas are perfectly fresh – made with only 5 simple ingredients and no preservatives.
Brush both sides of each wrap lightly with a bit of your Italian Dressing to add flavor and oil before grilling on your sandwich press (or in a frying pan over medium heat). Just grill or fry a few minutes on each side until both sides are lightly browned and crispy.
That’s it! Easy-peasy and so delicious. Find more inspiration for #SummerGoodness here!
