A Clever Summer Kids Craft for a Summer Kids Drink!

Kids Drink Parasol Summer Kids Craft from The Usual Mayhem at B-InspiredMama.com

Want to add some pizzazz to your summer kids drinks?  Try this Summer kids craft to make your own kids drink parasol!

Drink Parasol Summer Kids Craft

Trace a circle. If we do this again, I’d actually make it larger than the cup’s size, maybe tracing around a saucer instead, because at this size it was hard for small hands to balance and glue. Cut a slit up to the middle (see photo). Now slide the sides along each other to make a cone and tape it on the inside. You’ll probably need to hold the paper still while your sidekick tapes.

Let the kids decorate as desired using stickers, markers, or anything that won’t shed into the drink! (This rules out glitter.) Glue a straw inside with a dot of whatever you have on hand that dries pretty quickly.

Fill with summer drinks and enjoy!

This is the perfect Summer kids craft to make any Summer picnic, party or play date more fun and fancy.  I love it!  Thanks, Erin!
