Smoothies are always a fun and easy way to get some extra nutrition in picky kids.
You manage to get some fruit and protein into the kids all while they think they’re getting a treat!
So when we were invited by B-Inspired Mama sponsor, Entenmann’s® Little Bites®, to try their popular Strawberry Yogurt Muffins, I thought they would make a fun addition to a kids smoothie.
Here’s the super easy but really yummy kids smoothie recipe we came up with…
Strawberry Yogurt Muffin Kids Smoothie Recipe
This easy peasy kids smoothie recipe has the typical smoothie ingredients: fruit, yogurt, some honey for added sweetness. But then there’s a fun ingredient the kids are sure to get a kick out of – kid-approved Little Bites Strawberry Muffins!

Strawberry Yogurt Muffin Kids Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 6 Little Bites Strawberry Yogurt Muffins
- 1/4 cup milk (optional, more or less for desired consistency)
- 1 banana (optional, more or less for desired consistency)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, to taste)
- 2 strawberries (fresh)
Instructions
- Add 2 cups frozen strawberries, 2 cups vanilla yogurt, and 4 of the 6 Little Bites Strawberry Yogurt Muffins in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Check consistency and add up to 1/4 cup milk and blend again, if needed, for a thinner consistency.
- Taste and add up to 1 banana and/or 1 teaspoon honey and blend again, if needed, for sweetness.
- Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 dessert cups. Thread remaining Little Bites Strawberry Muffins and 2 strawberries onto 2 silly straws and place into smoothies.
