I am pretty much obsessed with my crock pot lately.  It allows me to prep earlier in the day at my convenience instead of during the crazy-hectic dinner hour.  It has been my life saver in getting quick and easy meals on the table since the baby has been born.  I was so excited when I discovered on Pinterest that you can make baked potatoes in the crock pot!  And it was a really simple but fun recipe for Priscilla to help me with.  Check out Skinnytaste for the details on how to do it.
