Banana “Pudding” Perfect for Summer!

Chef Antonia Lofaso’s Banana “Pudding”
Ingredients:
- 1/2 large ripe banana, cut into 4 equal pieces
- 1 Tbsp. turbinado sugar
- 1 tsp. spreadable butter
- 1 cup Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- 4 vanilla wafer cookies
Steps: Have your little one help cut the banana pieces. Since they’re so soft, they’re perfect for cutting practice with a butter knife.
Put banana pieces on a baking sheet (we used a plate) and sprinkle flat sides with turbinado sugar.
Melt butter in a small nonstick skillet and sauté bananas.
J.C. put the mini vanilla wafers on his Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream while I sautéed the bananas. Then we topped the whole thing with our warm sautéed bananas. Yum!
