It’s Time for Some Contributor LOVE!
I’m so beyond excited to be introducing you to B-Inspired Mama’s new (and not-so-new) contributors! I bring contributors on to bring more mama viewpoints and diverse kids activities to you, my awesome mama readers. There’s just no way this mama could do all of the amazing things that all of these women do with their kids. But this year, I’ve decided to go with fewer contributors so that we can get to know them just a little better. Without further ado, let’s meet the new contributors – and check out 20 creative, kid-friendly ideas from their blogs…
Meet B-Inspired Mama’s Awesome Contributors
Welcome, Ness of One Perfect Day!
Hello everyone! My name is Ness, and my site is One Perfect Day. I’m an Australian mom, writer, blogger, crafter, chocolate cake loving, coffee drinking type of gal. At One Perfect Day I share lots of fun ways for kids to learn through play. I want my son to have a lifelong love of learning and my blog chronicles all the fun, creative ways that I try to make that happen. I write about early literacy and numeracy, sensory play, imaginative play, science for kids, Reggio and Montessori learning, family recipes, parenting discussions and everything in between. I’m passionate about simple, child-led learning and that’s what I’ll be writing about here at B-Inspired Mama. In the coming months I’ll be sharing simple ideas for early learning, sensory play and kids’ crafts. All of them will be quick and easy to set up, and will use basic items, most of which you probably already have at home. I’m so excited to be here and I can’t wait to get to know you all better.

Welcome, Sarah of Little Bins for Little Hands!
Hi! My name is Sarah and I write over at Little Bins for Little Hands! I am a stay at home mom to one very energetic 4 year old son and wife to an Army man! Our play largely revolves around sensory processing activities. My son has been diagnosed with Sensory Processing Disorder, Aspergers Syndrome, and ADHD. We use sensory bins and sensory friendly activities to work on early learning skills, fine motor skills and gross motor skills. My little guy loves hands-on activities especially sensory based science experiments and play. We love to learn by doing, feeling and moving! I have to think outside the box a bit to work with my son, but it has all been worth it! Our activities mostly use what we have on hand, so I hope you will join us and try out some of the fun ideas we use to play and learn with at home! Can’t wait to share with all of you!

Welcome, Dyan of And Next Comes L!
Hi! I’m Dyan and I’m married to my high school sweetheart. Together we have two boys, J and K, and we call the Canadian prairies home. I’m a stay-at-home mom, but I also teach piano part time out of my home. I love to cook, craft, sew, read, play board games, and play video games. I will happily challenge anyone to a game of Just Dance or show off my expert guitar skills on Rockband when I manage to find some free time. When I’m not busy chasing kids, teaching piano, or procrastinating sleep, you can find me blogging at And Next Comes L where I write primarily aboutlight table activities, quiet books, sensory play, and music activities for kids. My love for all things crafty is also evident in the various homemade toys that I have made for my boys, including a parachute made from dollar store shower curtains, a light table with interchangeable tabletops, and transparent color blocks. So if you’re looking to make some fun new toys for your kiddos, then you’ll want to join me over the coming months as I share some homemade toys and learning activities for kids on B-Inspired Mama!
