Chill the mason jar in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes.
Add all of the ingredients to the mason jar and secure lid.
Have child shake the jar vigorously for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the cream inside turns to soft peaks of whipped cream. (If you shake too long, you’ll get sweet butter instead!)
