5-Minute Easter Bunny Pancakes Recipe
Start a new Easter morning tradition the kids are sure to love - using this seriously EASY 5-minute Easter Bunny Pancakes recipe!

- 6 frozen mini pancake(s) (store-bought or premade then frozen)
- 1 Tablespoon strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup jelly beans (one orange and the rest green, other colors optional)
- 1 pinch sprinkles/jimmies (preferably blue, brown, or black)
- 2 candy eyeballs
Prepare frozen mini pancakes according to package directions (generally takes under one minute using the microwave). (Or prepare mini pancakes from scratch using your favorite recipe, if you'd prefer.) Allow pancakes to cool to the touch.
Arrange pancakes in three stacks of two pancakes each. Cut one stack in half.
Arrange one stack as the body, one stack as the head, one of the half stacks as the feet, and the two half pancakes from the last half stack for the ears.
Use a pastry bag, freezer bag with corner cut, or a small spatula to add yogurt details to the ears, feet, tail, nose, and eyes.
Add sprinkles/jimmies for whiskers.
Add a jelly bean for the nose.
Add candy eyeballs (or dark jelly beans) for eyes.
Add green jelly beans across the bottom for grass. Add more jelly beans of different colors if you would like.
