Mango "Razzy" Berry Fruit Smoothie Recipe

This Mango “Razzy” Berry fruit smoothie is like an awesome adventure for the taste buds! With the thin wild blueberry coulis top and yogurty mango raspberry bottom, it’s full of new tastes and textures with every sip. Fun and "fancy" for the kids, and delicious for their grownups, too!

Ingredients

For the Mango Raspberry Smoothie:

  • 1 cup Nature’s Touch Pesticide-Free Mangoes (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Nature’s Touch Organic Raspberries (frozen)
  • 1.5 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 3 Tablespoons honey

For the Blueberry Coulis:

  • 2 cups Nature’s Touch Pesticide-Free Wild Blueberries (frozen)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 3 Tablespoons whole milk

Instructions

For the Mango Raspberry Smoothie:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, with no chunks of fruit. Add more milk if needed to achieve desired texture and consistency.

  3. Fill each glass 3/4 full with this Mango Raspberry Smoothie mixture.

For the Blueberry Coulis:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Pulse blender until all blueberries have been macerated. The mixture should be thin with small fruit chunks. Add more milk if needed to achieve desired texture and consistency.

  3. Fill the remainder of each glass with this Blueberry Coulis mixture.
