A Silly Monster Craft with Dollar Tree Socks!

Are you a Dollar Tree shopper like me?  I have a little problem, actually.  Everything in there is so fun and affordable, that I never leave the place without a cart-full.  And it sure doesn’t help that I’ve recently discovered the Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club.  It’s full of creative ideas for using all of those Dollar Tree goodies.  There are recipes and decor ideas and insider tips and contests.  (Oh my!)  And there are really clever monthly crafts with project sheets you can even print and shop with.  My favorite project for January is this cool Critter Feet craft using Dollar Tree socks.  Transforming socks into critter feet?!  How simple but AWESOME!  I was so inspired that I created this spin off monster craft…

Silly Socks Monster Craft

You’ll have to head over to the Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club to see how Dollar Tree suggests transforming your socks into cool critter feet.  I took their inspiration and put my monster spin on it by simply gluing on some googly eyes before doodling away.  The socks I bought had two patterned pair in a pack; one striped pair and one polka dot pair.  So to make my monster socks even more silly I paired up one of each.  Who needs to match when you’re wearing googly eyed monsters anyway?

Silly Socks - A Kids Monster Craft - Sponsored by Dollar Tree at B-Inspired Mama

This would make such a fun monster craft for the kids on a Winter day stuck indoors.  Or even a cool favor for a monster themed party, right?  I can’t wait to gift these ones to my Priscilla.  She’s going to get such a kick out of them (no pun intended!).

You can find even more fun projects by joining the Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club with me.  It’s completely free, and the creative ideas change each month, so it’s totally worth it to sign up.  In fact…

I’m so excited to be giving away a $100 Dollar Tree Gift Card to one lucky reader who signs up for the Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club.  Yahoo!  Just head on over to the Dollar Tree Value Seekers Club and sign up with your email.  Then come back here and enter using the rafflecopter below…

These socks are so fun. Googly eyes just make everything better don’t they? I have a similar dollar tree addiction.

I’ve been making silly socks with Dollar Tree stuff for several years. I give them to kids in hospitals. It’s so fun and very easy.
