Simple St. Patrick’s Day Science for Kids

Yep, everything around here is still all rainbows and shamrocks in anticipation of St. Patrick’s Day.  Even our daisies are slowly turning green in celebration.  We just added green food coloring to their water for a simple science experiment.  The change is slow going (maybe I needed more food coloring or should’ve used watercolors like The Artful Parent did?), but that makes it fun for the kids to assess the transformation each day.
