Pin ItQ Tip Collage 2

This is what happens when a creative mama goes to the dollar store…

Q Tip Collage 1

Did we need cotton swabs?  Nope.  Did we need 5 boxes of cotton swabs?  Definitely not!  Did the rainbow of colors call to me to buy them anyway?  YES!  So we made some fun cotton swab collages.

Q Tip Collage 4

I just offered Priscilla some patterned scrapbooking paper, a variety of colorful cotton swabs and a tray of glue to do as she wished.  After just drawing all over her paper with the glue for awhile, she caught on to gluing down the swabs in random patterns.  I made a fun sunburst with mine and she tried to follow suit, too.

Q Tip Collage 5

How would you use these colorful cotton swabs?  I have plenty to share!  So I will send a package of FREE colorful cotton swabs to the first 3 people to comment and tell me how they would use them!

I didn't either, which is why I was so excited and bought them all when I saw them!

I love the idea of using color swabs! We used white ones for snowflakes, but the color ones will be great for a spring project!

I know – I left it very open ended for her to create whatever she wanted, but they would be really fun to make certain things with.

We would love some! I think my kids would like to turn them into a scene. Maybe some people, a rainbow, or a house? So cute!
