Have your child place their hand on a piece of green construction paper and trace around it with a pencil. Repeat to make about 15 paper hands. If you have a child who is skilled with scissors, have them help you cut out their hand tracings.
Cut a hole out of the middle of the paper plate to form the base for the wreath.
Help your child glue the handprints all around the paper plate wreath, overlapping and with fingers pointing outward and hanging off the edge.
Cut small circles from red paper for the berries. Help your child glue them onto the wreath in sets of three.
Allow to dry, then punch a hole in the top of the wreath and add some string for hanging, if desired.
