This Mango “Razzy” Berry fruit smoothie is like an awesome adventure for the taste buds! With the thin wild blueberry coulis top and yogurty mango raspberry bottom, it’s full of new tastes and textures with every sip. Fun and "fancy" for the kids, and delicious for their grownups, too!
Add 1 cup frozen mango chunks, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, and 3 tablespoons honey to blender and blend until smooth.
Check consistency and add more milk, if needed, for desired consistency.
Pour the smoothie mixture into each cup until around 3/4 full.
To Make Blueberry Coulis:
Add 2 cups frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon honey, and 3 tablespoons milk to blender and pulse until mixture is thin with small fruit chunks. Add more milk, if needed, for desired consistency.
Pour the coulis mixture into each cup until full. Add silly straws and enjoy!
