Go Fish! Fun Lunch Recipe

Let the kids "Go Fish!" with this super fun lunch that's so easy, it uses last night's leftovers and a couple handfuls of healthy vegetables and fruits. With a treat that makes a fun fishing pole!

Ingredients

  • 3 Young's Seafood Flipper Dippers (pre-cooked according to package directions and properly refrigerated if leftover from last night's dinner)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup blueberry/blueberries
  • 1-2 stalk celery (sliced and cut into 3-4" pieces)
  • 8-10" piece licorice laces or candy rope
  • 1 gummy worm(s)

Instructions

  1. First, spread small handful of shredded carrot out in larger area of a divided container.

  2. Next, add Flipper Dippers on top of carrots.

  3. Next, add celery sticks to other area of divided container.

  4. Then, place a small cup (or paper muffin tin) of blueberries at the bottom of celery sticks.

  5. Finally, tie one end of piece of licorice laces or candy rope to end of a celery stick and other end of the laces/rope to gummy worm to make a fishing pole. 

    Position fishing pole so the worm is in with Flipper Dippers and let your kiddo "Go Fish!" in their fun lunch!
