5. Watch the Copy-Kids Eat Fruits and Vegetables DVD

Honestly, when I received the Copy-Kids DVD in the mail I was skeptical.  What is Copy-Kids?

“Copy-Kids is a […] video that encourages positive habits in young children, by watching and copying other kids. Copy-Kids unique content — DVD, online and TV — helps parents get their children hooked on healthy and positive habits.
Produced for children aged 6 months to 5 years, Copy-Kids innovative video is fun and compelling for both children and parents.

Each chapter [, one for each of 12 fruits and vegetables,] features several adorable and entertaining children aged 9 months to 4 years, eating with joy and delight. It’s a simple but revolutionary tool for parents who want their kids to develop a life-long habit of healthy eating.”

It seemed like too simple of a concept, especially for my five year old picky eater.  But when I put the movie on and placed the large plate of colorful, raw veggies in front of my two kids, I was amazed at what happened.

They ate veggies, watched the movie, laughed and played, and ate some more!  They tried vegetables they’d never even tried before.  And were surprised when they loved them!

Now they ask for their vegetable movie all the time.  I have to make sure to have lot of fresh fruit and vegetables on hand for when they want to watch it.  It’s amazing!

I was truly amazed and excited over how great the Copy-Kids DVD worked.  I think it’s well worth the reasonable price tag.  But you can win a FREE copy by entering below…
