A Special Handmade Valentine for Dad

Valentine for Dad

Sawyer and Priscilla’s dad and I separated and divorced 2 years ago.  It was an amicable divorce and the kids still visit him (3+ hours away) every other weekend.  He is a great dad.  But for the last year, we have lived with my fiancé, Cliff.  And he has proven to be an awesome step-dadI have been so lucky to find a man that has accepted me and my children with open arms.  Cliff definitely deserves a special Valentine “for dad.”

Get the Kids Involved in Making a Special Valentine for Dad

The kids adore him and were very excited to help me make a special gift for him.  When I came across this Father’s Day Photo Collage from Positively Splendid, I knew it would make a perfect Valentine, too.  I just adjusted ours to fit all four of us and left out the word ”dad” since Sawyer and Priscilla call him “Cliff.”  This would make a great gift for any mom, dad, or grandparent any time of year, but especially on Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day.

Do you have a special Valentine for dad?  Do you kids get involved in making your partner a Valentine?
